How will I get matched with a volunteer organization?
We are working to identify the highest priority volunteer needs to help communities responding to COVID-19. We are partnering with state agencies, local governments, and nonprofits throughout the state who have unmet volunteer needs.
As we identify a high priority volunteer opportunity near you, we will pass your information along to our local partner, who will contact you to schedule a time to volunteer.
Please note that there may be an opportunity we identify near you, but that doesn’t mean you can’t pitch in. Please download our flyers with more information on how you can get involved today.
I signed up but have not been matched with an opportunity. When will I get contacted?
As we identify a high priority volunteer opportunity near you, we will pass your information along to our local partner, who will contact you to schedule a time to volunteer.
Is there an age requirement to sign up for #CaliforniansForAll?
Although, there is no age requirement for signing up, it is recommend that you check with your parent or guardian if you are under the age of 18 years. Organizations will each have different requirements and will inform you at the time of the match. There are also many opportunities for you to do at home, for all ages.
I signed up to volunteer. How do I know you received my information?
You will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your email spam folder. If the confirmation email is not there, please submit your information at CaliforniansForAll.ca.gov.
How do I correct information I submitted on the sign-up form?
If you feel you submitted your information in error, please resubmit your information at Californiansforall.ca.gov.
