Grant Description
The 2025 College Corps Education Award Only Expansion Pilot Request for Applications (RFA) seeks to provide additional education award only slots to eligible applicants to expand eligibility requirements, ensuring that more students have access to College Corps programming.
Slots and education award dollars available under this RFA are awarded on a competitive basis to eligible organizations that adequately address the selection criteria.
Eligible Applicants
Organizations that meet the following criteria are eligible to apply for this opportunity:
- Applicants must be an institution of higher education (2 CFR §200.55) and must have a valid SAM registration and Unique Entity Identifier to receive an award.
- Be the legal applicant of a current California Volunteers College Corps program that has also been approved to operate through 2026.
- Demonstrate capacity to expand their 2025-26 cohort by a minimum of 5 slots and a maximum of 20 slots.
