Jacqueline Yannacci

Executive Director, California Volunteers

Jacqueline Yannacci is the appointed Executive Director of California Volunteers, Office of the Governor within the Governor’s Office of Service and Community Engagement. She previously served as California Volunteers’ Chief Program Officer since 2020. At California Volunteers, Ms. Yannacci grew the California Service Corps and community engagement through standing up #CaliforniansForAll College Corps and the Neighbor-to-Neighbor initiative, growing the California Climate Action Corps and implementing additional new service initiatives.

Prior to California Volunteers, Ms. Yannacci worked as a consultant with Cal OES on the Paradise Wildfire Recovery and led the Food Security task force during the COVID 19 Pandemic. Ms. Yannacci’s commitment to service and community engagement began when she managed the behavioral health recovery efforts for the Red Cross’ national headquarters after Hurricane Katrina. This work evolved into developing and being an early adopter of community resilience building strategies. Ms. Yannacci earned a Master of Public Policy degree from American University and a BS in behavioral science and psychology from Pennsylvania State University.

Greg Bradbard

Greg Bradbard is an innovative, strategic and community-immersed leader with over 25 years of nonprofit executive experience and a strong commitment to addressing the needs of vulnerable populations and improving conditions for individuals and communities across Southern California.

Greg was appointed IEHP Foundation’s Chief Executive Officer in 2024 and is responsible for leading the organization’s vision, operations and execution of collaborative strategies for enhancing the strength of local nonprofit organizations and their leaders to advance Vibrant Health across the region. Since joining IEHP Foundation, Greg has led the development of a new strategic plan, launched a multi-city Blue Zones Project, initiated the Champions for Vibrant Health Leadership Network, and launched the Vibrant Villages place-based initiative.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Greg served as President of the Hope Through Housing Foundation and Senior Vice President for National CORE for seven years, where he successfully launched numerous programs and initiatives to enhance affordable housing, supportive services and economic empowerment opportunities for low-income individuals and families.

Greg previously served as President and CEO for Inland Empire United Way, facilitating grantmaking and running numerous programs including a volunteer center, 211 San Bernardino, AmeriCorps and initiatives addressing childhood hunger, early college access and educational needs for underfunded schools. Prior roles included serving as Executive Director of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Orange County and Executive Director for the Irvine Public Schools Foundation.

Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and social behavior from UC Irvine and a master’s in management from the University of Redlands. He has a long history of community service including roles on the Funders Alliance of San Bernardino and Riverside counties, the Rancho Cucamonga Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, SoCal Policy Forum and has written columns for Southern California News Group and the Foothills Reader section of the LA Times. Greg currently serves on San Bernardino County’s Vision Leadership Council, several nonprofit boards and was appointed by the Governor to the California Volunteers Commission.
