Please reach out to your supervisor directly and ask them to review your timesheet. If your supervisor is unable to complete the timesheet, please have them contact us.

You can reset your password yourself.
1. Click here to access the Mighty Networks password reset page
2. Enter your email address (note: this may be either your personal or university email address)
3. You will receive an email from which you can reset your password permanently or use a “magic link” to sign in once without changing your password

For questions not related to online services for College Corps, please contact your campus staff directly.

You can submit a case via Salesforce Community Portal.
1. Click here to log into the Salesforce Community Portal.
2. Click on the program record that aligns with the Program Year and Program Name you oversee.
3. Click on the Support Tab.
4. Click on the New button to open a New Case screen.
5. Fill out all the required fields then click SAVE.
6. You will receive an email confirming that your case has been submitted.
7. Salesforce technical support will be in touch to resolve your case.

You can reset your password via Salesforce Community Portal.

2. Click “Forgot Password
3. Enter your email address/username
4. Check email account associated with your username
5. Click on the link in the email to complete the reset password process

Please check both your school and personal email for an invitation and your spam folder. All fellows can join the community, but you must click the invitation link to sign up.
