Join #CaliforniansForAll Help a Neighbor Group
Thank you for stepping up to help your neighbors, communities and all of California. We look forward to collaborating with you on ways you can volunteer and/or lead your neighborhood during PSPS events as well as on ways to raise awareness, get others involved, build community, and more.

The effort to reduce the risk of fires that are caused by electrical infrastructure by temporarily turning off power to specific areas is called a Public Safety Power Shutoff or PSPS Event. For those experiencing PSPS shutoffs, the average duration is almost two days, with some outages extending longer than six days. We need neighbors to help neighbors remain safe and supported during these events.
