Grant Description

The 2024 AmeriCorps Targeted Funding Opportunity seeks to fund one or more eligible applicants to address unmet needs in the following focus areas: Social Connection and/or Disaster Services. Eligible applicants will be current grantees of California Volunteers operating an AmeriCorps program in California in one of the two focus areas listed.

Funds available under this opportunity are awarded on a competitive basis to eligible organizations that adequately address the selection criteria identified in this Request for Applications.

Eligible Applicants

Organizations that meet the following criteria are eligible to apply for this opportunity:

• Applicants must be a current AmeriCorps California grantee.
• All eligible applicants must propose a program intervention that aligns with one or more of California Volunteers’ focus areas.
